Hey guys should I read this comic or the novel ? which is better ? The novel is, I think ,over 2000 chapters so I'm a little apprehensive, but if the story is good enough ,it doesn't matter. But if the comic leaves out to much material, it will also be a bit disappointing ... Thoughts ?

The synopsis really intrigues me, I hope this story is picked up ! Master/disciple w stories should be full of found family trope and family feels ,that's what I'm hoping to read later !

I watched the show first, and since I've heard that the other seasons are worthless, I'm happy to read the original work. It's a really interesting story ,quite different than the show, I'm glad I picked it up. The translation would benefit for a good editing though.
