Carlisle is a complicated man. I don’t believe he would actually get upset at Edward for killing these two. He himself is very compassionate towards all life, but he sees others kill each other multiple times in Twilight including his children and doesn’t react negatively.
"What have you done? Why did you kill them? This is not right! We do not kill humans!" he shouts clearly angry for what I've done. But I don't regret it.

Both, the Red Room made their own version of the Super Soldier Serum. If you read other Marvel fanfics and they talk about her not being able to have children, that’s because of the Super Serum. She’s also way older in the comics because she ages slower as well.

I find it so weird that she cares so much about maintaining her disguise or whatever. Like people dont actually notice/care usually. Maybe her friends will notice and think something’s wrong like she’s depressed or something but most people won’t even really notice a change in personality. And if they did they usually wouldn’t care at all.
Juli's attempt to maintain her character proved to be a daunting task. It required a constant balancing act of keeping up with conversations, feigning interest in teenage dramas, and hiding the thoughts and memories that belonged to someone else. She often found herself struggling to find the right words, the right gestures, fearing that any slip-up could expose her true identity.
