thatsv very wrong in every way cause doraemon had broken that rule many time. plus whatever doraemon do its cannon event with nobita. Otherwise nobita would not be given title of history maker.
As the reader might ask, couldn't they just time-travel to the night after their initial time travel, making only a second pass so they'd instantly return to the point after they time-traveled? However, this action seems to be prohibited by the Time Patrol. It appears that time keeps moving for them even when they time-travel to the past. When they spend an hour in the past or future, their current time also advances by an hour. This is the rule, and they can't return to the exact moment just one second after their time travel unless necessary. This is the logic in their world, which can be quite difficult to understand.

Tony: He is strong enough to stop Rino with one hand, Fast enough to knock out two people and we can't even see him, Can Absorb lighting, Can make changes in someone's DNA, Make someone mental, Can fly and shoot laser from his eyes. And let's not forget about his new weapon.
