I just thought that to fight the Bakugo, there was no need to cast a big move. Because Bakugo is not someone who can mobilize Haku to bring out all his strength. I think, by showing how easily Haku beat him in one hit, it shows that Haku's level is way above Bakugo. And I don't want to make Tsuyu just a burden. So I gave a balanced role between Haku and Tsuyu in this match.
