I can create anything till the Power level of Sequence 2 of Beyonder Pathways for now. I can only use this power once a day by either creating an item or customizing an already created item. It's really overpowered even with these limits but I guess I would need it because since I know about the existence of He Who Must Not Be Named zealot, he will also know about my existence soon enough. I will not say his name even in my thoughts to avoid him as long as I could.

You can check Lord of the Mysteries wiki and check out the Pathways section for the abilities. And yes you are right about Sequence 9 being weakest and 0 being the God level. Sequence 9 to 5 are basically mortals. Sequences 4 to 1 are demigods. Sequences 3 and 4 called Saints while Sequences 1 and 2 are called Angels. I should probably make an auxiliary chapter for this I guess.

Gilgamesh is nowhere near MC's level of strength but Ea can cause destruction at the level of multiverse. Also his chains of heaven can actually hold mc because of his divinity.
Second, we have the Archer class Servant Gilgamesh, who is also known as the King of Heroes. He is two-thirds god and was supposed to be the key connecting Heaven to Earth before he rebelled. He also has almost all the archetypes for all the weapon-related Noble Phantasms in his treasury which he can access through his Noble Phantasm Gate of Babylon.

It's not really about strength. Ea can still destroy our MC. It's just an unnecessary worry but a worry nonetheless.
This will only get difficult because of Gilgamesh. I will have to eliminate him by using some less than honorable methods.

Not completely but I get why you don't like it. But it's because of her that the MC was not in an even worse living conditions.
I don't know why I got reincarnated in this world, I mean our condition is really not good. We live in slums, I work as a washer woman to make ends meet and my brother worked in those factories but now he is ill because of it. I can only hope that Max is my older brother Max from my previous life, but that would mean him dying too so I feel conflicted about it.

It is something like affinities, something intrinsic. While it can be manipulated a bit by Great Sage, you can't completely add it immediately. Of course you can have more Shinsu Qualities later on as time goes on so it's not like these are final.

It's still stupid though. But the MC has a very weird obsession so it makes sense.
And my whole world fell apart when I reached the place. My sister, my Eva was dead because of a cervical fracture. I was told she died immediately because of that. I mechanically did some procedures related to her death, and decided on cremation for her corpse. Anyway I was angry at the truck driver for his hand in her death. So I quickly investigated about him and found his address. I also found that the guy was not arrested even after this incident for whatever reason but I guess that makes this easy. By preparing some gasoline and knives, I headed towards his house. I went there and killed his entire family of a wife and a daughter along with him. Then I burned the house down and ran away.

Some people just can't accept criticism I guess and think they are being attacked when someone criticises something they like. Don't worry I understand. But it's not like I wanted to criticise this novel, there are just too many inconsistencies for me to enjoy it. Hence I did drop it.

It is perfect in a sense but there is also reason for it not being the end.
I have no idea tbh, as far as I know Yun Che is her chess piece in some Fate battle with another being. Also it has been hinted a lot that Yun Che's story has happened many times with tragedy and that Xia Qingyue was made as a Fate Weapon to correct Yun Che's destiny. Personally I am not a big fan of manipulation like this in favor of MC. It just makes us readers feel that some relationships were not genuine and just the manipulation of higher beings.
