She is very young for an Altmer, they live to about 400. She just very talented as a warrior. I don't think the Altmer's extended life stunts growth, so she should still have a grown up body.

The dragonborn is naturally overpowered. MC can try and bridge the gap using underlying methods, but the dragonborn will almost always have an extreme advantage. Besides, why make an enemy of a Dovahkiin, if you can help it?
