Overall it's a good read.
I like how there is no system and it's just the MC working hard, getting opportunities, the good old cultivation story.
The lifespan evolution based on cultivation level is a bit weird compared to other novels (very low lifespan for people able to crush mountains), maybe translation issue or a choice from the author.
One very big pain point is the forced drama to force the face-slapping tag...
Like the MC being recognized by a senior as a talented person and juniors still saying BS like "I think the senior is wrong for acknowledging you". It decreases as we go but that was a big road block to continue reading for me.
