This novel has lot of potential. The MC is smart and logical and does what is right. Changes doesn't happen for the sake of change. Characters have their own personality, they don't exist just for the MC. Also relationships doesn't feel superficial. If you just improve a bit, you can do even better. Things are pretty interesting so far. I like where this is going. Listen people this novel doesn't have action scenes from the very first chapter so don't expect it from the very beginning. You will add right...? I hope you do. It's not historically accurate but I will still read it cause it has those elements which makes history stuff works. All the novels I have read, this is the first that has some meaning inside every chapter. Like the author wants to convey something. Just improve your writing quality a bit, sometime it feels stiff but I won't complain as you are new to this. Grammar is ok but can be improved. Story is also fine.
