Except the fact that MHA is based on Earth but many many years into the future where heroes and villains exist, your comment is actually the embarrassing one because what Overkill commented is quite literally correct, although he does his work well as a vigilante, others would do it to being influenced which results in many people either die trying or barely make it out alive, not everyone has a good quirk, which is why the PRO HERO EXAMS exist, to help young aspiring heroes to know what to do in situations and TRAIN THEM the correct procedures.

It's not that they could do it better, it's that they have less restrictions compared to being a pro hero, they could practically kill or do anything except hurting innocent people.

So by your logic Aizen’s Zanpakuto is complete garbage, I’ll tell you right now, but your comment is an opinion, just say that you don’t really like non-combat based zanpakuto and then leave, I mean you don’t have to say your full opinion like as if like anyone would care, Aizen and his complete hypnosis are of the Illusion-type, as for how Aizens became strong and made it a broken Zanpakuto? Because of his Zanjutsu, Kido, Bakudo, Immeasurable Reiryoku and Reiatsu, there are these 5 factors that could basically make a Shinigami OP asf even if his Zanpakuto is not combat based.

As for why he didn’t use it a lot is because he was forbidden to use it because of how dangerous it was, considering it could make the whole soul society turn each other and fight against their own ally, if he had used it on the Sternritter then he could killed 3/4 of them, and now, as for the reason why Adam doesn’t have attack based? Well it’s basically because of Aizen, if you read Bleach you know that sometimes a persons Zanpakuto is pretty similar to their parents, because of that I was trying create one similar to that of Aizens Kyoka Suigetsu and it’s Complete Hypnosis. And if you have read my review on the novel, you would see that I said the fanfic is not heavily on Action

I mean basically it’s a bit inspired from Hirako Shinjis Shikai and Bankai, if you don’t know what the Bankai does it is a wide-area Bankai that targets opponents and allies alike without discrimination and without exception. It inverts the perception of friend-and-foe across anyone within the vicinity of his Bankai, with Shinji himself being the sole person unaffected.
