Because Viltrumites can do the former and the latter isn't really that important on an individual basis i.e good for heroes but not necessary for fights. That place is weak as hell outside of the Celestials or someone who's wielding the Infinity Gauntlet. There are little to no planet-busters in the MCU whereas most the villains in the Power Rangers verse are Large Planet Busters.
