His parameters are already ridiculous, in fate having A rank parameter in every stat even for gods is something unique, thèir main prowess is often their Noble Phantasm and abilities. Now, his parameters in his Heroic spirit form will be decided by his saint graph, if he becomes a grand servant will he have stronger parameters. and yes in his real body, training and fighting should get him stronger, but do remember his body's potential is pretty much exhaused at that department. He is over 13.8 Billion old, he did so much training yet his parameters are only above A. It speaks a lot
