It means he's immune to causality manipulation, which means cause and effect manipulations don't affect him. So stuff like a set in stone fate or changes to his person made by some type of God or power don't have any effect whatsoever.

The last bit was a bit of a fib though, especially in concern with some notable current and future Wizard Saints, but it is true to an extent.

I mean in all honesty by fairy tail canon logic that wouldn't work since dragon force only exists because dragon slayer magic itself comes directly from dragons and is basically a state of emulating the true strength of a dragon. So, it wouldn’t really work since God slayer magic doesn’t come from Gods, though that doesn't really matter since it’s a fanfic.

Of course he probably did a background check on me after learning my name. I honestly hate the fact that three potential dangers would have access to my family name, if only for Lucy's safety in the future because of our relationship, but I couldn't just *not* give my name to the Chairman. Thankfully by the time the gears start turning, Lucy will have been in Fairy Tail and I have grown strong enough that, even if I can be defeated by certain people, my ire is not one that people would like to earn. Still, at least the old man has the decency to do this much, since it is in his best interest to build up relatively good relations with those around him, assuming he's already working with Tartaros.
