He walked into the middle of the room, he was about to call out but he was frozen, the lights turned on as Kuro levitated into the air whilst still frozen.

I mean if you could have magic amped martial arts, in a 1v1 situation where both have an equal amount of magic I believe 9/10 martial arts win, well mostly depends on the magic system but usually there is a few second casting time or something, martial artist could speed blitz
