When she saw me looking, she smiled and raised her hand. I nodded. As she continued her conversation with her new friends, I turned my head and looked at my classmates. There was a blueish black-haired guy who looked shy and EMO. I called him emo because his hairstyle looked like Sasuke Uchiha. He stared at one girl. When she looked at him, he turned his head to the other way, pretending that he didn't make eye contact. I didn't mock him. Most were in his place at some point.

But they admitted to previous offences or something, I'm not really sure how it all works out, while this couldn't normally be used in a law setting due to the fact that it may have been recorded illegally (as most school prohibits the recording of others without their consent) it can still socially ruin them if you spread it on the Internet anyway (This is all from my subpar understanding of the law so it's probably false)
With the video I had, I could destroy them. They may end up spending two years in the detention center, wasting their academic life away. Not only that, but they would find it harder to find a job if they got exposed.

Except it's not really a quirk, it's his system, While I understand how it can be viewed as a quirk by MC, it has no physical triggers wich almost all quirks have. Hence why Quirk Singularity results into an overwhelming growth of the body where the Quirk Factor resides
On the other hand, I found people from different worlds selling the same things. The one who sold Shadow Clone Jutsu was from Earth 10^777, and the one who sold chakra was from Earth 156707. Just parallel worlds. Not only were there a few anime worlds, fantasy worlds, but also alternative universes.
