Direct promotion to the 9th rank? This is something I look forward to seeing

Are 9th rank elements cabbages that can be found anywhere? In the cannon, there has never been a mention of a 9th rank element resources except for the immortal tree that Yang Kai refined but it was speculation and wasn't confirmed. So seeing them ask Lei Jin to refine 9th rank resources is weird truth be told. Though this change might be a good thing since I love OP MC cultivation novels
A short while later Lei JIn was at the teleport array and had been given the message to hand over to the outpost on the other side. Just before he left he received a message from his master. "Be sure not to settle for any weak ranked elements. You should always be refining 9th rank peak elements." The message said. Lei Jin smiled and cupped his hands saying, "Thank you to everyone who has helped me these years. I will make sure this message is delivered.". The Array hummed and Lei Jin disappeared from sight.

Lei Jin nodded and accepted this arrangement. He knew that a 5th rank in such a condition wouldn't really be a threat. Let alone a challenge so he would play around and slowly increase his abilities.

He opened the restriction around his place and started to add on to his list of techniques. The time principles he cultivated were profound and absolute. Pretty certain that isn't her name. She chose that name because it was the name her adopted parents in Yang Kai small universe gave her. She chose that name in rememberance of her late adopted parents.

The 8th order open heaven realm are garrison chief of army. the reason she is pretending is because the old ancestor who is Smiles is injured and she can only heal in places like towns and cities and villages. So the pass and all the leaders are pretending to be normal civilian in other to help her heal. and the little girl with her is the old ancestor

I've been seeing this and I have to say, The various cave heaven and paradise are adamant on suppressing direct promotion to High rank open heaven realm because they are afraid the ink clan might ink the person involved creating a disaster for the human race. imagine a 9th rank ink disciple, that is a scary thought. So know that it isn't because the person will go insane or anything of the sought that the cave heaven and paradise suppresses direct promotion to High rank open heaven realm.
"The Supreme Elder put some limitations on my promotion. So on top of the rarity of such precious resources even here in the 3000 Worlds. I also must have sufficient anchors or tethers to sanity. That is why the Supreme Elder is so adamant about having this one marry many women. Even going as far as to hand over such fairies as Qing Ning, yourself and Ling Shi.
