Hephaestus was a font of helpful information about this process as she had the experience of witnessing a mortal become a god in the form of Asclepius. Tier five was the first step on this path so it was obvious that only those truly talented or willing to sacrifice could succeed at becoming divine. Tier five was different than the first four tiers that were all about mana accumulation as it was a qualitative leap forward if a minor one.-

Axle, the message was from Admiral Cole.
The trip was to take 2 hours in Warp which meant that the planet was far from any human charted space. As he was in Warp, he had received a message from Admiral Cole stating how he was promoted from Vice Admiral to an actual 4-star Admiral and was placed in charge of defending the Outer colonies from the Covenant.

Even the most basic Pokédex is still a really advanced computer with enough data storage to detail and categorize all Non legendary or mythical Pokémon. Those two things alone would be worth studying, especially for someone like Vega punk or the WG. That’s not even starting on the later iterations of the Pokédex that allow long distance communicatio, mapping functions, and many more features!
By then, the Pokédex would lose any other usefulness or value. Why would anyone bother researching or copying it?
