A stupid thing to do? Ey, probably not, considering the fact that the tanks, and vehicles he had deployed to the west were about thirty years beyond what was current. The T1E1 Heavy Tanks were also made of strong, absorbent metal that Areth himself had invented. There were six different metals he had invented, all of them belonging exclusively to Auroa, due to the fact that he always knew where all of it was at any given moment of time.

The Royal Knight's Armor.
He exited his castle, quickly being joined by his Royal Guards, which were not needed at all. Their ornamental, black armor with gold engravings clanked against the concrete floors as they created a boxed perimeter around him. "Good to see you eight have been maintaining your armors," he praised, knowing well that maintaining the adamantine meteoric Iron that he himself supplied the knights with was very difficult to keep clean, simply because of the magical disposition it had towards absorbing the surrounding mana around it.

he hasn't accepted a quest to kill any evil beings though. He's just disgusted by the actions of a clearly twisted induividual. I'm sure if you were in this position, and you had the potential to encounter the man, you'd choose to kill him, rather than let what happened to that family happen to yourself. Its's a principal.

Endurance has to do with stamina. Dexterity is what strengthens the body.

To answer your question, Humans are naturally social creatures. No matter what situation, whether it be a soldier or a regular civilian, it's always nice to converse with someone. Theron wouldn't be able to be sad, or depressed from lack of contact, but he can still become bored.

Well, in the Canadian army, and US army, you can legally buy the equipment issued to you. It's very expensive to do so, and you can't buy your rifles and pistols, because of Supply inspections, but for the plot, he has his weapons, excluding his field gear such as shovels, axes, and such.
