Lee, unable to use any shinobi techniques that require the molding of chakra, is one of the strongest taijutsu users within the village. Difficulty Level wouldn't change, no. The difficulty here is skill-based. Not Damage-Based. Essentially it just means hyper-aggressive AI. Damage isn't reduced or enhanced. whatever Naruto dishes out is what Madara is going to take and vice-versa. Not accounting for resistances. Madara is weaker to taijutsu than ninjutsu, so he would take more damage from the former than he would from the latter. But he would still take considerable damage if Naruto was leveled up all the way.

Neji could see that there was something hidden in Naruto's chakra network, in canon. A stronger Hinata should be able to do just as much. Uzumaki seals being OP is more Fanon than anything. Because save for four different seals, three of which were used for Naruto's sealing, there are no further examples used within the series. Five if you count the chains, but that's more ninjutsu than Sealing jutsu.

It was no use. The Lord Third Hokage was pronounced dead at 21:38 on the fifteenth day of the sixth moon. He died with a smile on his face. Tsunade didn't know whether to laugh, cry, or punch the old man's corpse into the moon. I did both of the former. Jiraiya began to laugh before crying with me, and eventually Tsunade did the same. It was sad, awkward, and hilarious. There was no right way to react to this.

Two different things. What you are talking about in your example is the Seal where Kurama is within Naruto. The shared mindscape is entirely different and its mechanics are likely to have some differences to individual seals. Also, the length of time expressed should be more than enough to indicate that they spent a significant amount of time together within the space.
