I think you're misunderstanding this. It just means that if the main character dies, the mission automatically fails. Not that he will die if he fails the mission.

Luffy litterally ran away on multiple occasions. From my understanding conquerers won’t run away from something that stands in the way of their goals. They don’t have to act stupid for it. Fighting a losing battle where you have little to nothing to win is just dumb, not conquerer behavior.

It's not Neutron star level of density since it more so has tiny sprinkles of it. If it was actually a neutron star made into a weapon. It would actually have durability anywhere between 5k-50k. Depends on the size of the star and the weapon quality.
