The main character has no knowledge of his gacha ability at all, the text introducing what he rolls is for the reader only. For him they spontaneously appear with no explanation. I read in one of the comments that the author clicks random page on the wiki to find the roll, which does make it more random. But there is a reason these "random gacha" stories usually have non random good roles, Its cause its boring when he gets bad rolls! Most of the rolls are bad, on top of that over 2/3rds of the good powerups he rolls go to the women he is thinking about at the time for some reason. The girls get gravity powers, Misaka Mikoto's electromagnetic manipulation, cool transformations, ect ect. But 40 chapters in and he has gotten kung fu, Ice magic he never uses, science knowledge he sold for money but otherwise never uses, and a single noble phantasm. It really makes one roll their eyes when just about every good roll does not go to the mc for no reason. On top of that, since his ability activates whenever he gets excited, the girls all use him as a gacha pull and he is just cool with it. He could just go browse the internet and get to keep all the rolls himself but he would rather just give the rolls to girls in exchange for favors. Wild.

Damn dude I got 4 chapters in and couldn't anymore, the writing quality is comically bad. I thought it was meant to be a parody at first because of how self inserty every thought the mc had was lmao. If you don't trust me just read it yourself and see, that shit is crazy bro.

The mc only lives life reactively so that Akikan can recycle the original content. I went into this having read other Akikan novels so despite the poor reviews I figured I knew what I was getting into. Women having no personality and throwing themselves at mc, constant mention of how handsome the mc is and how this justifies everyone having wet panties constantly. I can accept those things, its that type of story. But the author does something I have not seen in sis con or riser ff's. Usually he makes the mc super overpowered which is fine, thats the kind of story I expect and even want. But here he makes the mc super overpowered and rather than thinking about how this mc could use his powers to solve situations he obsessively thinks about how he can nerf his overpowered mc to create unnecesary drama. Like oh he learned magic in irregular at magic high but just happens to have never gotten a cad! he has all the skills of muzen from demon slayer including near infinite vitality and regeneration but his brain just can't handle being used as a computer! He has the power to literally control any race whose dna he has stolen, but then lets a bunch of people die to zombies. He can absorb the stats of anything he kills but meanders around complaining about being weak in danmachi for ages, despite the fact he could just stack the strength of thousands of monsters and become invincible. I find it pretty frustrating, and you can tell I'm not the only one. Almost every chapter after the demon slayer arc has dozens of comments on different lines of people just questioning why tf the mc is nerfed so hard. Like if you want tension then don't make the mc op?
