Secondly the cloak only fools the eyes and magical wards and protection; which means ears, noses and touch would still work. So Harry could be heard from the cloak, he could be smelt and felt upon coming in contact.

Its not a nerf. If Harry is invisible he will easily kill any of his enemies. In cannon Harry was weak and I don't think he used his cloak in any of his battles? Basically in canon he would have to take out the cloak and cover himself manually which was not possible in canon. in my fanfic he can summom the cloak instantly, that is why that restriction.
So I have RESTRICTED the cloak. The cloak was made to sneak and hide and that would be its sole purpose. Meaning as long as you are hidden you cannot cast a mgical spell.

I only talked about the Cloak. The Cloak's abilities are not Harry's abilities. Even without the cloak Harry could cast a perfectly disillusionment charm.
