Not getting what you want warrants some resentment.
Now that I've confirmed my appearance it's time to talk strategy. I need to get into UA. To do that I need to pass the entrance exam. The exam consists of fighting robots and I only have a power that brainwashes people. I could just go the Shinsou route and go into UA's general studies class with the hope of potentially being transferred over to the hero course. That route seems to be the most unreliable though as the story was in its last arc around the time I died and Shinsou still hadn't been transferred over. I guess I have no choice but to pass the exam. If the invisible girl, headphone jack bitch, and fucking Mineta were able to pass the exam surely I could do it too? I won't be having the power fantasy I was hoping and neither will I be able to court any of the female cast, but at least I won't die again. The glowing guy did all this shit to me because he wanted to be entertained. I'll be making a valid effort towards that endeavor, after all, it's only natural for a prospective hero to help out those in need. If I'm stuck in a shitty shounen I might as well have fun with it.

Oh no, I came up with those on the spot.
Nhen Mc, Coke Lord, Zesty Boi, Home Depot, Rough Buddy, Biri Biri, Harambe, and Edgy KFC all arrived and did nothing noteworthy. No that isn't the correct phrasing, I believe it'd be safer to say that I simply didn't care what they did. My attention was solely focused on the man whose score I'd beaten in the entrance exam. The one and only dickless wonder Katsuki Bakugou! Following canon, he indulged the school desk's filthy foot fetish and was justly chastised for it by the Führer. Personally, I would've already started writing down the execution date if I was the Führer. Dickless is lucky he's such a merciful leader.

Both. It's a quirk that grants explicitly its user the Mental Out ability and the capabilities needed to use it. MC emits an AIM field and relies on calculations like a regular esper. Since MHA has no esper program in its world a catalyst was needed to manifest MO. The catalyst is the quirk. It's a quirk that gives the user the esper ability of Misaki, exactly as it was portrayed. Erasure works on it. It can stop MO from activating. As for AFO, it doesn't work. Glowing Guy specifically made it that way.
