Most of the racist jokes in this fic are mostly written as jokes or making fun of stereotypes. They also show the personality of mc or something else. In this dialogue, I can't see any racism other than Daisy thinking about stereotypes like chinese=martial arts, etc. Plus, if you think only such a small thing is racism, you are too soft tbh. Though you can drop the fic if you don't like it, don't really care.

Personally, I feel that this is not really racist, tho that might be me getting desensitized by Instagram. And any racism in this fic is mostly just for joking around.
Angela was truly dark-skinned, not like the kind of color that those people who lived several generations of people in the United States had. She was like someone freshly caught by the Portuguese in the Americas – authentically black. Right now, she was Daisy's only friend.
