No. What he means is that he will always know more than others, think bigger, further and that makes him a lonely individual. No one will ever grasp him truly, other than Death, maybe. His children wouldn't be much different. But you're right, it's a start.
"If a man knows more than others, he becomes lonely. It's natural and nothing to worry about. But should you choose to visit, I'd welcome you," Neoth says and starts to walk out of the Throne room.

He gave that name to himself. It's not his true name in the sense you mean. That's a secret.
"Neoth, son of the Titans Cronus and Rhea, 7th sibling of the Olympians... an existence that should not have been and yet is..."

For those who are disappointed and butt-hurt, I say this. To 'understand' what happened you need the 40k mindset. If you speak against the Emperor, you bloody die. Not just you, all those present and involved, die. I care little for those who liked Hestia and Demeter or Hades. Sure, they are the better ones among the Greek Pantheon, but you shouldn't expect a fair trial in such situations. But don't worry, Neoth is not unreasonable.
For now it’s a connection.

An Emperor doesn't always intervene just because he can. Otherwise, he wouldn't need subordinates.
Then, he moves. Before they can blink, the Burning Martian appears before several Custodes and swipes his large hand diagonally, using his monstrous physical prowess to telekinetically cut through the Auramite armour. Several Custodes are split apart with one swing. But that's not all. The powerful faction takes this information and adapts to it. Those who were just cut open use the last of their strength to move forward, instead of just falling to the ground. The Burning Martian sees these weak creatures push forward and try to grab him in the moments of their deaths. He uses a powerful telekinetic push to shoot them away from him before they touch him.

Makes sense. Since he understands things when he sees them, using the Force in tandem with his understanding of technology should allow him to unlock mechu-deru.
Personally, this is the type of content I enjoy. Just enough technological mumbo jumbo that I wouldn't know what it means, but explanations are in place to tell me the gist of it. I appreciate that the author did their research; thank you.
Most of the technical things are either made up or just me mumbling about things I found on the wiki. I am not claiming all of this is true; I am just putting together facts and then adding BS to make it stick together.

Truly exciting to read this one. I especially like the kingdom-building tag. Keep it up, please.
Claw somehow seems fitting
It's the friends we made along the way... haha
"Yes. I wanted what's best for you, but then... when that Twi'lek arrived on Tython... I don't know. I grew jealous. I suddenly hated the fact that you only observed and helped others. I wanted to see you in action, to see you fight and show me what you learned."
