I am assuming you have read till the latest chapter. The Item that turned Bruce into a World Enemy is a Webnovel-only item, I am sure but it has yet to make an appearance in the light novel. In the Webnovel, as I have mentioned here, The World Champion of Múspellsheim used an unknown World Item to turn into a World Enemy. He used it to replace One of the Lords of Sins and become Lord of Sin, as to which was not mentioned. He fought against a horde of players and managed to defeat 30 players all by himself. Until he was defeated using Longinus. A player used it to kill him.
