I absolutely love this book. Full of adventure and plenty of love interest. Mila is a tough girl thrown into a world unknown to her but only from what she has studied. I look forward to more developments and where the author the takes the story. I’m reeled in!

Found this book last night and couldn’t put it down! It’s refreshing to find a story so unique yet you understand the plot. I’ve grown to really love all the characters and the development of each one. There was some parts of the book where I wish it had of went different, but the author had made it more realistic and it’s what made me love it more! (As im writhing this another chapter just came out 😭I’m going straight back to read!!!)

This was pain to read. I have no idea why this story has such a high ranking 🤦‍♀️ I understand that English is probably not first language of the author, but is it so hard to get a grammar check reader? Characters are... weird. Mila is deus ex machina that can do absolutely everything despite being just 18 y.o. Author claims that Mila is studying History and Fashion Design, yet author themselves know absolutely nothing about those two. 1600-1699 is 17th century ffs not 16th 🤦‍♀️ And corsets? People didn't sleep in them (perhaps only few individuals did but not majority). Also they aren't meant to hurt. If they hurt, they are used the wrong way. Then the cursing and vulgar language. Sure, it's normal to use vulgarisms (I also use them a lot) but this was simply too much. Does author think that overusing them will make Mila look more cool? How old is the author smh? 12? Last but not least, the plot holes. Mila's female bodyguard cut her long hair to short ponytail, yet only few chapters after this mention Mila has long hair again? What? What magical hair serum is Mila using? 😮

This novel is okay but its not for me, although its early I know that I'm not addicted nor feel to have a vested interest in anticipating reading the next chapter. I think one of the reasons is the fact that this is done in the first person voice of the FL. Although that is fine for others, for me its different, the first person talk has to grab me immediately which it doesn't. The ML is the typical powerful man and the FL seem to be his match and I believe the sparks are there. As earlier stated, I'm reviewing very early in the novel but I'm aware of my tastes and since the story has not been able to pull my interest its not a keep for me. However, I'm sure this story is enjoyable to others and the efforts of the author is shown to be of one who wants to tell their story with adventure, romance, fantasy and comedy and a fair amount of other stuff to come. I wish the author all the best.

This book is so good! I love that there are over 100 chapters, yet the chapters are still free so far! Also the author has created a wonderful, interesting, romance book and has a large knowledge about pirates, the 1600's, knows some French and Spanish, and knows much about the Bermuda triangle. It is a very good book!!!

A good draft. All the author needs is a good mentor, editor, and a strong and humble ego to patiently help them work through this piece. Author struggles with pacing and a believable beginning\character. You have to suspense your disbelief and overlook the character's initial reactions to transmigration. This is a difficult point that authors have trouble making believable in stories like this. Give the reader enough to suspend belief. I tried really hard, but the pacing and almost random reactions of the protagonist was very off putting. Like a stand up comic with good jokes and not finding the right timing, or a great singer struggling with dynamics to be truly good. The raw materials are there. Keep working at it. Nice first draft!

I just started reading this novel and I am already hooked. The comedic timings and just how the story flows is amazing. it keeps me wanting more and I can't even predict what will happen next like most novels I read. This is one of the best novels I have come across. I am literally in love with the story telling. Great job author! Keep doing what you're doing because your novel deserves all the attention!
