Synopsis

The first arc is really good, MC shows great leadership skills, leading a bunch of mortals to clear an asylum full of demons in the impossible level difficult. But then, the author destroyed this novel in the next 10 chapters. The MC needs a medallion to enter an order of knights to recover his missing eye and arm. He finds a woman who is selling the medallion for 1000 coins, that's the amount of her debt with loan sharks. He pays her debt but is afraid of asking for the medallion to not upset her. Then he gives a blank check to corrupt city guards, just for them not make things difficult for him. The woman he saves, who lives in the slums, who divides a room with 4 people, including a dead rotten body, who would become a slave together with her daughter, gets angry at the MC because he follows her, to make sure she gets home in safety, cause she's a widow and her reputation could suffer (he still had no courage to ask for the medallion). Seeing her living conditions, the MC picks his remaining money e gives to her, so she can find a better house to live So the badass rich MC of the last arc now has no money, no balls, no medallion e needs to find a job to survive.

The pace of this novel is so f**king slow, you could cut more than half of the words and the sotry wouldn’t lose anything significant. It’s not bad, but it needs heavy editing and cutting
Story pacing is way too slow. MC comes fully equiped with leadership qualities while he is a loner and hasn't been in a situation where he was required to lead. Too many side characters that its impossible to get a sense of connection with everyone, which would cause the story attention to be divided thus aggravating the pacing problem.
It is actually pretty good so far. I liked the beginning far better than the grand duelist, another book made by the author. The premise is basically a demi-god or inhuman being who was the writer of fate in the future, dies and reincarnates. He is trying to reach the apex of what he once was. Or this is the premise of what I can tell.
The story seems to be some type of darker imitation of second coming of gluttony and some other novels. The plot and the personality of the main character are always being forced. World building is decent though. Grammar is also ok but there are quite a few typos here and there and needs some editing. Well tldr: give it a try but it mostly caters to a niche group of people.

A very well-crafted story, which unfolds throughout the plot, is a charismatic protagonist. Over time, this job just gets better! At least until chapter 90, I have nothing to complain about, I hope that the author continues to develop the background world and the mysteries of that world.
Holy shit your MC has to be the most altruistic dipshit I’ve ever read. Holy **** man.... he’s worse than the cliche fantasy white knight saving every damsel they come across. I could tolerate it if it was for a specific purpose and enable him to have a better chance at survival. And if it’s within reason, But it’s obvious he’s just bending over backwards for a bunch of ungrateful assholes. You should change his name to Shirou Emiya
This novel should have disclaimers for incredible amounts of gore and disturbing content. Obviously, the nature of any literary content is up to the author’s discretion! However, authors should still be responsible enough to put some disclaimers up when they publish such content so that a potential reader can decide for themselves if they want to to read such content. Simply, it should be a simple courtesy. *Disclaimer: Read up to chapter 16.* The plot has a steady pace and that pace is, in all honesty, slow. There are paragraphs that have “jumps of thought” where something is missing, making it difficult to follow. There are already plot holes being only at Chapter 16... Characters personally feel clunky. There are cases where the author is rather obviously using deus ex machina to fix even the simplest plot points; using them in nothing more than just basic human interactions, no less— there isnt even a weak excuse given for absurdity, its just.. there? I’m a naturally curious person who will hold on tightly to bad writing just to learn the plot, a character, some piece of world building, a slightly interesting take on a trope or what not... I want to know more about this world... but I personally won’t pursue reading it. These are my thoughts on this novel. It has more interest in creating scenes of gore and violent action than creating a story- and what I was looking for was the story.
The story is nice and All, but the pacing is sooo freaking slow, how can we take that long just to get out of the testing area? it's not even the Tutorial, that part is supposed to be weeding of the trash and early glimpse of what is to come, so a breeze for our regressor mc that once stood at the peak, even if it's a challenge with his current abilities it won't take too long to finish but no, we spend more than 70 chapter on this. it's just so painfully slow
As of around 20 chapters in, I am really enjoying it. The starting concept confused me a bit, but once the story got into the meat, it greatly improved. I really like the concept so far, and I am excited to see where it goes.

now this interesting piece of novel,it's good and has a good writing quality ,the character design and the plot. Idk but some name in the novel is extremely familiar especially mc's hometown hehe
I was just trial reading this story and got hooked. I get why it's a bit slow, wouldn't change a thing tho as I know it will break the flow. There are a bit of grammar error but very few. Quite impressed with the kinda aesthetic story. Be careful to new readers who do not like thriller, this is more leaning towards thriller for the first 80 chaps. Wanted to read more but I'm out of stones. sigh. Oh and can you kindly rephrase or at least reduce the amount of 'When I get out of here, I'm gonna find those bastards..' (not exact words but you get what I mean) part cuz it's more repetitive than I thought. You did great otherwise! Thank you Author.

I REALLY LOVE THIS BOOK! I recommend it to you. It is a fantasy/thriller/action genre. I love how the author made us of literature especially the culture of some countries like Philippines in terms of horror stories. The way the story started in the asylum while the characters are looking for way to escape the said place and encountering slaughterers along the way is so epic and thrilling!
WARNING: The story is rated 18+ that contained r*pe and gore, and the book has a slow but solid progress of the story. Please, read with caution. The story has an excellent background and foundation. As far as I have been reading until chapter 80, I didn’t see any big plot hole that might ruin the novel yet. So, you can rest assure that you won’t find any big inconsistency within the novel. As for the other elements, such as characters’s feelings, dialogue, and decisions, I also don’t see any inapropriate thing ‘for’ the author had made them feel alive and consistent for their own chain of actions. I like these aspects a lot. Last but not least, the power system, currently, It hasn’t been shown to us 100% yet, I think that it’s only 10% or 20% that has been shown so far and it contains taste and smell of other famous novels. For example, The Second Coming of Gluttony and Lord of the Mysteries. So, if you are a fan of those 2 famous novels, you CANNOT miss this book.
