/ Fantasy / The World Towers
Synopsis
The world used to be normal. The poor worked, tired, and slept. The rich laughed, drank, and slept. Whether you were a farmer, a warrior, or a mage, you knew your place in the world. You knew how to survive day by day as nations waged war and droughts destroyed crops. You kept your head down and prayed. Or you stood up and had your head cut down.
Until one day, God spoke.
[Your world will be tested.]
Towers rose from the depths of the earth, tall enough to pierce the skies.
100 floors. A single trial.
Power, fame, glory. All at your fingertips.
Monsters raged against villages. Storms descended upon cities.
The world changed. Life for many worsened.
But you had a chance. 100 floors. A single trial.
A chance to change everything.

On long-term hiatus. This was just an idea that wouldn't leave alone, and I can see myself continuing it sometime in the far future but not right now, dear readers.

Write a reviewDon't Normally Read books like this book I like this one and the cover of the book is beautiful and fits the book so well. Great Work Hope You do Well
Interesting beginning. I thought it would be a bit too fast paced, but it works with your writing style. Good parallelism and repetition. Enough said. 5 star review for now. (This is an exception because you only have 3 chapters. Please don't disappoint me and avoid common tropes. You want something that both is typical but not stereotypical. It needs to be compelling and interesting with some tropes, but with a twist that makes it interesting. 4.5/10, but I'm being lenient since it would do be no good for me to write a bad review.

Hello everyone! This is a shameless self-review. Couldn't resist the temptation. On the story: The World Towers is a story about the adventures and experiences of a young man who woke up with no memories in a strange environment within one of the lower Floors of the Tower. Follow his journey as he learns the language, culture and magic of a world where divine intervention, monster surges and magical evolution are a common reality. The goal is simple: Who is he? And why is he here? But the more he learns, the more he discovers that something much grander is at work, something resembling [Destiny]. On the reading quality: Very good. Honestly, I am fixated on nice grammar and good syntax. If you do find any mistakes, tell me. I will fix them immediately. However, there may be a mix between British, American and Maltese English in some words and spellings, like a few more 'u's; and 'c's instead of 's's. On updates: Regular, once per week, over the weekend.
