“...Never,” he replies
I looked down as I felt my heart sink. I knew it. Even though I already knew the answer, I shouldn’t have given myself hope. I thought to myself.
“I would never let a killer enter my school,” he said
Yeah. Sure. Go ahead and rub more salt in the wound why don’t ya? Pour the whole container while you're at it!
“I guess it’s a good thing you're not a killer right? You’re a Hero.” He said

The interaction between character, to me at least mostly flows well and is mostly comedic, unless the scene you know is serious. Also the MC Rose quirks are well written and not extremely overpowered but still strong and interesting.
since I haven't read this yet ill just give it 4 stars, but you do realize that a underground hero is a person who already went through hero training, and went got their license right you can't go to ua twice, and if he doesn't have a license he's called a vigilante. Idk what you were going for, but your summary doesn't make sense if he's already a hero if he's not once again that's called a vigilante
