Synopsis
Heroes aren’t to be trusted. They aren’t to be revered, or to be praised. They are to be feared, no matter the good they do, or the justice they seem to embody. Because it’s all a lie, a fabrication to make you believe that Heroes exist.
Heroes don’t exist, only humans. And there is no scarier monster than a human with a ‘link’.
Yet, what happens when someone tries to be a hero? A real, true hero—fighting to protect the world from those of their own who wantonly dominate and rule? Can a world, betrayed so thoroughly, ever truly want to be saved?

Hello there! A little bit of shameless self promotion here. :) This story is a slower burn, focusing on a group of people who have gained powers and are slowly evolving and figuring out what they want to do with those powers, and how they would even go about doing it. It is heavily focused on the psychological aspect of living in a world like this, and may take some time before truly spectacular things begin happening, like you'd expect from a Superhero Fantasy. I hope you enjoy nonetheless!
The story has a fantastic writing style. I hope we can see more stories like these that have a great story plot. I hope the author continues to write great stories like this <3

Writing is pretty good, with minimal mistakes made. Updates a handful of times a week, like his other stories Story is going relatively fast at the moment, though it might be a slow burn depending on how fast the story ends up updating longterm Characters are cool so far, though we don't know much about their 'links' yet. World hasn't really been fleshed out yet, probably will at some point though.
