'Volume 0' features Few short stories that follow Grid in the distant future and in an alternate universe of the 'Overgeared' novel world(as of chapter 1368) before arriving at the main arc of the fanfic, 'Crossroad of the Past and Future' which is what 'Volume 1' consists of.
'Crossroad of the past and future' is (so far) the biggest fanfic arc that I wrote for Overgeared. Although it might be severely lacking compared to the actual novel, it does include some theories, suppositions, and head-canon. It might certainly go against the recent chapters of the novel as I would have no way of knowing what's going through the author's mind right now. On another note, I decided to take another approach towards the problems, where Grid actually struggles and faces major consequences behind his actions as he struggles even more to fix his mistakes. I hope you'll enjoy it, don't hesitate to discuss or point out points that took your interest.
'Volume 2', Requiem for a sky, is the Finale and sequel to ''Crossroad of the past and future'', It will probably be shorter than the main arc(Volume 1) and I will complete it at a slower pace to try to give it a satisfying End.
'Volume 3' contains some origin stories that I came up with for the characters of the novels(mainly characters of the past era), it's not required to understand volume 1 in any way, but I thought it would be nice to add some background and origins to parts that were not mentioned yet in the official novel.

Reminds me of the early chapters of the novel in terms of details, I like the flow and pace of the story and I feel like the writing style gets better with each chapter! Good work and keep the updates coming, can't wait. :D
This is very good!! i know i wrote a review before but the fanfic became bigger and better so i am doing it again! I really like how you introduce new characters and write origin stories, please do more origin stories i loved madra one [img=recommend], it's sad we don't get a lot of backstory about other characters in the novel, so this type of chapters is very fun! Volume 2 is also very good so far, please write more often! [img=update] [img=update]
Even if this is fanfiction, the storyline is seriously good. But there is fatal flaw that is not same with the original novel, the system never interfere with the action of the players. But we don't know the future so i don't know everything.

This was a very good chapter, I like the shift of focus and I can't wait for the next. I really like the direction this is going its keeping my in suspense.

Amazing just like the og, the author need to write more about overgeared, i saw literaly 2 overgeared fanfics and this is the only good one!

I made this account just to write this review, thabk you for this amazing read! At first i thought it would a generic action novel fanfic with pure action and fights but i found myself drawn to the characters and world rather than the fights themselves. You always brought new interesting ideas and elements to the story. Nothing seemed to pop up out of nowhere, it's as if all the events were gradually flowing into the world. But what i liked the most was how you showed the characters' bonds through subtle words and how the title of the fanfic may at first seem completely random(i thought of the quest Crossroad of good and evil when i read it and thought it was just inspired by it) but eventually proves to be a very accurate description of the overall events. I hope you'll write similar fanfics when you get the chance!

Shameless review xD First of all, I would like to thank all the readers who supported me through this journey despite my mediocre writing skills.
