Ok umm.. sowwy for not updating for a while. I thought I'd drop the novel, I had no confidence in my writing, but I took some semesters in creative writing in university, and I think I can deliver. Cover art is by Caspar David Friedrich, an old German romanticist.

Write a reviewDown to Earth, gritty characters help the reader relate to their motivations. Furthermore, the world building sets you up with a solid foundation to understanding the culture of in which the characters live. Beyond that, I enjoyed seeing the interactions of the leads and their newfound brotherhood. Another plus, the fighting is primarily based on the use of tactics, not flashbacks. So, if you're someone (like me) that hates sudden power ups, you might like this. If I had to gripe, it'd be the minor grammatical errors and bulky paragraphs but, luckily, the creating of the story was the hard part. With some well-planned and strategic editing, this book would improve tenfold!
this is a good book with a bunch of potential I like it and think others would too its interesting and not boring like a lot of other books on here
Solid 4.6. Writing quality is really good, grammar has no flaws, descriptions are really well done. Only problem being the dialogue feels a bit choppy, but it's way better than most.

Just a passerby here, gave it a short read and it was pretty enticing. However, I got a few criticisms: 1. Characters aren't too intriguing to me at least. They are a bit too normal, nothing about them keeps me reading, so I'm reading to find out more of the world. 2. The story eye seems to shift pretty often from description to conversation in a flow that can be a bit jarring at times, an example can be found in chapter 2, but I'm too lazy to list it here.
