Synopsis
Sixteen years after a chance encounter with a royal family's daughter (Elaina) she is now ready to take over the family business. Before she can a tournament suitor must be held to determine who will rule by her side. However to everyone's surprise she chooses the man who has protected her for the past sixteen years, but can Adam step up to the plate or fall short of love.

There is a simplicity to this story that takes you on a smooth journey of love and wonder and sadness and excitement. The author developed the story nicely and the pace of each character is just right, the story is neither too fast nor too slow and I highly recommend it to other readers. The narration is swift, smooth and an overall joy to read! Congratulations! However, I don't mean to be pedantic but there is one thing I would advise the author improves on and that's editing the chapters after. There were some parts where the phrases didn't make sense. I wish the author all the best in the future!
Some misspelling but nothing that can’t be fixed. Very intriguing story that draws you in from the beginning. It makes you curious about one of the characters.
what I love about this, is that it is balanced. There's blood, thrill, world building, character development, all in the first 2 chapters. It's nicely paced out, not rushing to the romance. But it keeps its hook. I highly recommend.
Adam is knight in shining armour. Dreamy and chivalrous. The character built-up is good and the story is going good so far. Please keep updating.

This is a highly recommended book to read! I love how short but precise and intriguingly written the synopsis is. And the very beginning of the 1st chapter was mysterious and I love how immersed and hooked I am to it. The Author even has a great writing skill, the way the author narrated the story smoothly with great choices of words, even the pacing of the story makes ot easy for me to read and understand since English wasn't my first language. I can't wait to read more and explore more the story. Great job Author!
I really liked the whole plot of this novel. It is very exciting from the very beginning. And I love it! I couldn't stop reading it once I started. The language is quite simple yet intimidating.
Its an absolutely beautiful start to what I anticipate to be a well bound love between the two. There was sum spelling errors but that is to be expected due to the "new air" aspect of the author.
