Synopsis
Sabine Bishop doesn’t think she’s special. In her new home of Hong Kong, a series of unusual events lead her to believe she may well be very different.
Powers and knowledge she didn't know she possessed give her the martial arts skills of a superhero; she discovers she can speak languages she's never even heard before.
She becomes immersed in the Chinese legend of the Eight Immortals, learning she is the lost, only female of the celestial group reborn after a tragic mistake.
She finds herself torn between her loyalty to fellow immortal Sam Lee and his adversary Jet Wu who practices the ancient art of Black Taoist Sorcery.
