Synopsis
Sephtis gets a System when he dies. He has 5 wishes of course those wishes are OP but there are drawbacks. He gets to travel to different multiverses and unlocks more of his sealed power.

the fact that a true dragon is a slime, for his race is an true dragon something slime or the confusion that 2 devils give birth to him, his system did say that he was stronger then THE"666"BEAST. you can't just breed cows and expect a horse, at least let him appear in DxD world as a wild slime
