Synopsis
Zhu's life was irrevocably shattered when a tragic accident led to his brother's death, a misfortune for which he held himself responsible. This calamity fractured his family, leaving his parents to tread separate paths in the wake of their grief. Tortured by guilt and longing, Zhu desperately seeks a way to undo the irreversible — to bring his brother back to life. In his quest for redemption, Zhu strikes a Faustian bargain with the Devil, who demands a perilous task in return: the assassination of the Sage Emperor in the mystical world of Tales of Demons and Gods.
Now, Zhu must navigate a realm where magic is reality, and power is won through arcane knowledge and daring. He must master the very forces he once shunned, delving into the arts of sorcery and combat to fulfill his dark pact. As Zhu embarks on this perilous adventure, he is forced to question the true cost of his family's reunion. With each step toward the Sage Emperor, Zhu must decide if he can pay the price demanded by the Devil or if some costs are too high, even for the return of a lost loved one.

just another canon rehash the only change is the mc is the one doing what nei li does in his 2nd life other than changing the mc its pretty much the same
the story is good, it would be better if the author hadn't dragged the story out so much, it takes about 17 chapters for the mc to transmigrate to the main world, which would be acceptable if the chapters had any use for the story, we have 3 whole chapters of it choosing your spells, something completely unnecessary. Seriously, the author thought it would be a great thing to have 3 entire chapters describing the possible skills that the mc could choose and only in the third part to show what the mc's choices are, everything could be summarized in a few chapters just showing which skills he could choose and showing the description of the skills he chose. There is nothing to say about the grammar, it is ok. the character development is good, it would be laughable if MC's development was shallow with so many chapters stretched out, showing his sarcastic and acid personality, but this doesn't justify the amount of chapters used for development, 27 chapters, but the story really starts to from chapter 7, with the transmigration only happening in the chapter 18. I would really like to enjoy the story, but if things continue like this he will only arrive in the city of Glória in the middle of chapter 50 and if he intends to follow the plot, in the ruins where nie li acquires the first page of the space book- time in chapter 100.

Writing Quality 5/5 - Good. Story Development 5/5 - I know it's going to be good 'cause you're like the TDG fanfic master. Character Design 5/5 - Relatable, very human MC. Update Stability 5/5 - I'm kind of a quality over quantity type of guy, so even if you only update this once ot twice a week, I'll still givine this a 5/5. World Background 5/5 - I've probably read all your TDG fanfics (including the previous version of this book and the Solo Leveling one), so I believe you'll expand the lore of TDG and make it immersive.

A new type of TDG fanfic. Want more. Writing is good and premise is amazing. Want to see updated as soon as possible. Kudos to the writer! Hope doesnt drop it. Want to read continuation. Hope it doesn't get dropped midway.
