Even though the story is Chinese fanfic is still readable. Although I would warn you, there are a few concepts of cultivation. The grammar is ok. The fanfic is decent if you don't have anything else to read.

The overall story and plot is decent and quite pleasing if you turn a deaf ear to the terrible grammar and poorly translated chinese style of writing. Also, China exist in One Piece... for some reason.
