Synopsis

His jaw is rigid as he looks down at me, his eyes stormy and so dark blue that they are nearly black.
"If you meant nothing then this would be easier," he says. His hands are trembling, fisted in my shift and I press myself against him. "If you meant nothing," he says, his lips just above mine. "Then I would not have to walk away."

OooOO, I'm so excited to see more!! I'm only 1 chapter in but I already have so many questions!! This definitely peaked my curiosity and has me wanting for more!
Really interesting story with great characters and great imagery. Loving it so far. Can't wait to read more about Ella's story and see if she's able to find a way to escape her horrible predicament.
