The Kingdom of Fortis was an empire that had just been established in 1520 in the ocean region of the New World. The Fortis Kingdom has a King who still has a very easy age. However, even though the King is still young, the King has the ability to command, high intelligence, and has a good personality towards others.
When these Kingdoms appear to the world. There are many powers that want to dominate this kingdom especially the World Government as well as some of the great pirates residing in the New World.
Then? How will the story continue?
This story itself is a story that tells of a man who wants to build a comfortable kingdom for him to live in. This man will later be assisted by his friends who will later be summoned by him from various different worlds with a system given to him.
The story itself will progress very slowly. So, for anyone who doesn't want to read a story with a slow plot. Please leave it.
In addition, regarding the issue of considering the harem or not. Still not determined. I haven't decided yet and want to focus more on developing this story.

I stopped at chapter 56 because it made no sense when compared to the rest of the novel. First an foremost when a King, Queen of another nation visits your nation to talk it will be between the two Leaders or at the very minimum the host nation king would at least welcome the guest king. If not done it can be consider insult to the visiting king. Next is when she brought up why the ars isn't there it is not a insult, an very valid reason to bring up. Third for the Rep to call the visiting king insulting is stupid in two ways, first they have no reason to do so, second it just escalates the situation which no train professional would do for no gain. Other wise very good book with few grammar mistakes, with good updates interesting story development.
the main character is boring basically the story deals with slaves from another dimension making a kingdom for mc the story simply does not go with the world of one piece which is more about adventures and battles between pirates if the main character is going to play rise of kingdom it would be better another anime
(go to end if too lazy to read lel) Sorry this is my opinion based off of reading the first two chapters but. There's not really much information about this story in general, it doesn't really beat around the bush and just goes into the story without any real preparations for the main character. A few things at the start already don't make sense, there's a system which is alright I guess. My only complaint here is that everything is just convinient at the start, the only sort of *work* that the main character puts into it at the start is literally just dividing territories for the future. Also it seems that the system has a conscious and is also named a feminine name. The main character literally has immortality ( and his summons as well, ) along with being able to summon Hashirama Senju at full power at the age of 18 being empowered by haki. Plus he gets instant loyalty. Also somehow 9 million people INSTANTLY hear of his kingdom in 4 seconds because apparently a woman who can see into the future tells everyone. (yes, 9 million no joke) along with that he has a fog that protects his land for 2 years TLDR; bunch of plot holes, immortal MC+his summons, 9 million people, fog that protects his land for 2 years at the begining, his first summon being Hashirama Senju from Naruto whos 18(immortal) and strong cuz haki. I'll read more and change my review if it becomes any better
a basic story of broken characters who do nothing. the country is completely protected the main character already summoned as two yonko level characters and so there is nothing that can face him not to mention that it is the secondary characters who move everything the story does not go anywhere is the typical one of receiving a power that breaks the whole world

the story at most average is more a story of secondary characters moving from here to there the kingdom simply does not paint anything in the world of one piece without mentioning the deception of its military force and the main character does not contribute anything apart from invoking the people
Lets be honest, any fanfic with Kingdom Building but author cant make his own story is bad, especially when fanfic start about the same timeline as canon manga/comic/movie (anyway the source)

This is getting really boring. I know World Building is important to a story but it starts to annoy me starting from the meeting. How many chapters does it take to finish that the meeting? I know we've been reading this for free but man too many wasted chapters with unimportant rambling.... Sorry if it hurts the author, it's just my honest review... I'm really sorry
There is definitely a problem with the perception of time in this novel. As if everyone is not even 1 day away from everywhere. But the general flow of the story is good and there is a main character who does not abuse his power. Frankly, I was incredibly tired of constantly reading the main character with a disgusting personality. I hate all chinese novels that pass this disgusting character typing off as normal. That's why I enjoyed seeing characters in this story who are normal but have saintly morals compared to Chinese novels. I'm on episode 26 right now. The main character is still on the good side. I hope it goes like this. He does not revert to the main character model in Chinese novels whom the author addresses as good people, but who is r.cist, rap.st, and often an empowered idiot.

The writing can be improved but the story is good and the development is improving I would like to see a another character beside Hasirama, like Madara, Aizen , Escanor and other

Although not the best OP fanfic, still it can be ranked above average, grammar is okay if we ignore small typos here n there. The other thing is that MC's character development is almost negligible in first 40-50 chaps(approx.) as he focuses more on building his kingdom n summoning anime characters n not his own personal strength.

the author has a big problem with he/she, him/her ,himself/herself. the author is trying to make the Mc look smart, but instead, he made the rest of the world brain dead. The Mc is bragging about how he has spies everywhere but has no. He braggs about having an army of op anime characters but has only hashirama as slave. Hashirama this ,hashirama that , hashirama go bring grass, hashirama go deliver some tree here and the there ,hashirama is just a slave for the Mc getting so tired of all the hashirama spamming. A lot of potholes. I love kingdom building ff, but this ff just spams hashirama too much. 140 chapter later, and he has only hashirama as a fighting character. And the Mc have the world government under his feet after 10 chapters
Story should be called "Handout simulator, watch slaves build a kingdom for you." Mc has been in the world for 1 month, no on knows his kingdom exists except fishman island, water seven, whitebeard pirates, cp-9 and the world government. Yet the kingdom has 6 people as strong as whitebeard, 7 people 1 level stronger than that, and 2 people 1 level stronger than the previous level. Mc has done nothing but sit around telling people to do stuff, and people as strong as and much stronger than whitebeard slave away for him because he got them from the system. Blows my mind that an author would give this much of a handout without just making the mc a god and have the system remove the world government for him.
