Pretty much useless mc background and plot, might as well just make an OC that was born in DB instead of making mc like this that doesn't worth anything. The author want to make something "unique" instead of the same transmigrated story, tho i read bunch of this type of story where the mc is so called "transmigrated" where the world he got into never exist, though most of them is chinese story. So far nothing really unique or interesting stuff happen, the mc is more bland than Akikan's MCs with nothing special about him, the plot is so-so not much to talk about or even anything to remember.

So... What is the difference between the reincarnated without knowing the plot and someone born directly in the world of dbz? I don't understand what makes him so special... It's almost ridiculous.
