Synopsis
Just as Neal was about to give up on his dream of becoming a Certified Magic Practitioner (CMP) because of his low magic power, he gets to know that he has somehow passed the National Magic University Entrance exam after failing to achieve even the lowest E grade for three years previously. Moreover, this time, he got a B grade.
The only problem was, he had made plans to leave the country and travel the world instead. But the government of Mythilia did not allow students to leave the country. What could he do?
Besides, how did he get a B grade anyway?
Neal:
Here I am, standing at the end of a road. I have two choices - turn left or turn right. Every time I keep my foot down to one side, the other grabs at me with that much more passion. Just a few moments ago, neither of these choices existed.
This shouldn't be a difficult choice for me. On the left side is everything I ever wanted. Its the dream I nursed for years, pouring every bit of my heart and soul and loving this dream with all that I had. This dream is a flame I kept alive with my soul. Yet, all my love was unrequited.
For so long.
Except now, it has finally shown me some love. Then why don't I grab at it like a madman and thank my stars?
Is it my ego?
Have I been hurt by the rejection so bad that now I reject my dream?

Start is a little bit unique. But it looks funny and interesting book to read. It's a bit hard to understand other than that it's okay. Your book has very good potential King!
I don't know about thers but I think this book has great potential. it's currently only at 3 chapters so I think the story will improve over the course of updates as the writer develops. I like what i see so far though. hoping the tech and magic don't get too intertwined or intertwined in a believable way that keeps us in the Fantasy world and not have too many reminders of earth...like the finger print. just my personal opinion. I prefer to fully forget earth for the most part of I am reading about a magic world. others may like it though.
