Write a reviewPretty typical. System made MC invincible but he doesn't realize it. He's just a super quirky guy that can accidentally enlighten his super talented disciples.By far this novels biggest sin is the slow pacing, paired with the low number of free chapters. It's not worth paying for, or signing in everyday to unlock chapters.
Extremely annoying Mc. He likes to hide, and it is all that of his goals. He is like a robot, that only works for the system missions without his own goal.
I'm currently at Chapter 578 from the raws, not completed yet, and this is my opinion of the novel. It's nice, the plot is entertaining, and the disciples thing are also noteworthy. The discipleship plot is an interesting aspect of the novel. You can find a character you like from the lineup of disciples. It has a domineering one, an honest one, a cautious one, an empress, a mischievous type, etc. They're like Pokémon, you can pick anything you like. The moment the system popped out for a new disciple is always my favorite scene so far. Speaking of the system, it's quite lowkey most of the time and doesn't have that much presence. The uses of it weren't introduced fully, so I hope it'll be gradually revealed as we neared the end. For the protagonist, he's definitely an OP character and too cautious. Fortunately, because of the troubles his disciples are giving him, he's starting to understand his strength, which is a good sign. Overall, this is a good novel to read.
Seeing as the usual " I gave away 5yrs of Qi and got 500 in return".. I’m looking forward to see if this 1 is different from the others of similar concepts👌
Why does the translator mix he, she, you, I, we and they often, I mean if the translator makes a mistake between he and she I can understand as it is a common mistake from all the translators on this web, but make a mistake for a person as we or they? Did the quality become worse now?
it feels like plot lines are borrowed. The characters feel empty to me and are not to my liking. Things happen fast without time to develop properly. I don't like the story.
This is a fusion between those novels where the mc take disciple and those with an op mc that can do everything but act dumb. It's a ok tier novel but the translation/edition is average and it's really annoying.
Out of the novels with the same basic concept, and I've read 4 others, I like this one the most. Decent, casual, relaxing. The protagonist is basically god. Give it a shot if you like novels that aren't too serious.Think of it as "I'm Actually A Cultivation Bigshot", but the MC isn't oblivious to his strength, he's just paranoid that someone might be stronger (spoiler alert, there is nobody stronger), and he's a bit lazy.
From the moment I delved into this story and I was captivated by its perfect pacing. The author skillfully weaved a tapestry of characters whose backgrounds are both relatable and enjoyable, allowing me to effortlessly connect with their journeys. The balance of the story's pace is a true marvel, never rushing yet never lagging behind, keeping me thoroughly engaged from start to finish. A truly satisfying read that hits the sweet spot of storytelling.
