This is one of the rarest times that i bought privilege for a novel and i have not regret it. I just want to read more of it. Yes, The power system of the mages is not mentioned like the level of each mage and there are some elements of Harry Potter in the beginning and some of the things are not mentioned. But still it's addicting.I Hope author releases a lot more chapters a day :-)
There is a reason this is one of the most popular stories on WebNovel. It is really well written, and the world building is very well done. An intricate magical system that is meticulously well planned out creates a diverse yet immersive world that will suck you in every chapter and leave you bitter longing for more after you have caught up to the latest chapter. I highly recommend reading this story because you will not regret it.
All types of Tropes and cliches used in this , useless system and forced plot , and plot holes numerous , usual faceslapping if you are a veteran reader don't waste ur time
I hate novels falling in quality over time, Dark (good) start with 4,9 out of 5 But then a miserable combination of a slice of life in the academy and dark begins, and the protagonist abruptly becomes dumber(a coward lets go of an enemy at the expense of a friend). And the development of the story is super long and just infuriates. 1 out of 5 the most offensive I really liked the initial setting

So when I left, I created 500 sets of systems like in the novels you read., As long as like and reply 1, you can get the supreme system, and you don't lose money. Don't wait for the time to regret. I think it's my first ever review in a while so here's my opinion on this novel: It's got a good pace of story telling and the magical realism is good enough, I'm surprised I liked it as much as I did. I'm on ch74 currently and I'm thoroughly enjoying it
I can't understand mc's personality, she changes too often, sometimes he's very daring (when it's causing him problems) other times he's too loose, when he was a little more daring , it might have saved him some trouble... another point that I don't understand, that's why the mc doesn't progress at all without his system, he spent a year at the academy without advancing only a little in his magic cultivation, nor in the level of these spells, he relies completely on his system, suddenly I don't understand what he does all the time in which the other students progress, are their talents so weak? it has no compatibility with black magic? the author does not explain anything, he is just blocking it as long as he does not use his system, which is frustrating
IT'S GOOD IN THE BEGINNING BUT KIND OF DECLINES IN THE LATER CHAPTERS.
Mr. author you really need to start improving mc's mentality a little, he's really starting to become annoying, he's often too passive, even if he knows who's targeting him, who's attacking him, he doesn't do anything, because he "respects" the rules of academia, but at one point, we see him more as an idiotic and stupid guy than anything else... Just imagine that Professor Evans could use the being behind her to control the mc, of course I'm 99% that you won't do it, but the mc does almost nothing against her, the worst he looks like a kid when he is in front of her even though he has lived 2 lives!! So far, the fact that he has lived two lives adds nothing to the novel, apart from the fact that it explains the reason for the existence of the system, but apart from that, mc's personality is inferior to the student of most academic students, and it's sad, especially for a novel which started very well, but the further it advances, the worse it gets.
51 chapters In and loving the story so far! The characters have been pretty interesting, not going too deep so far but getting to know a few individuals. The academy arc is just kicking off as well, so I’m assuming we will be able to learn even more about the world which has been really compelling. The way magic works in this world plus the factions is also pretty unique compared to other stories and the main power of the mc just fits so perfectly with his current life style… even if people do have a funny misunderstanding about his uh… ‘interests’ because of it. But yeah, great read so far I am really enjoying it! Keep up the great work.
Author does not have the writing capability’s to write a book, the story itself is interesting, however the switching of tenses between every second sentence makes this unreadable
1. The writing is all done in the present tense for some odd reason, and is not very good. 2. The story is slow. You could read 40 chapters, and only a few days has passed. The story so far (140 chapters in) focuses on the MC in the academy. It is a powerful contender to Harry Potter, I would say, in terms of hour it grabs your interest in the lore. But, the slowness and the dragging of events as well as the bad writing plays to its detriment. It feels the MC won’t finish year 1 of school until we hit chapter 900.
I love this novel, it is a great read. However I would like to offer some feedback. It is a bit too slow almost 80 chapters and we still haven't seen much yet and almost no fights. I like the MC and the story but in my opinion you should speed up the plot a bit you don't have to do anything drastic but simply increase the speed a bit. Hope this helps❤
I like the story so far. Great job mr. author. The only thing I don’t like is the MC character being inconsistent. Sometimes he is determined and acts like a normal grownup, sometimes he acts like a child being dragged by the nose by others.
I really find this novel refreshing to read, in both its quality in character development and plot so far. Author, i really hope you can keep writing and developing this novel, you're already doing a great job so far!! 👍
The writing quality drops drastically as the story continues. The worst part is probably the storytelling voice or the writing style shifts in a poor direction. Instead of using descriptions to tell the story, it shifts to a bad narration. The author starts telling you how you should feel rather than using their writing to allow you to arrive at the conclusion they are looking for. It’s a very lazy writing style in my opinion. The side characters become less and less relevant as the story progresses and their development nearly stops entirely. The worst part is the author continues to jam them in your face. This makes the story a boring slog of irrelevance that you continue to read only due to sunk cost, having paid for earlier chapters.
This review is current up to chapter 200. I will also do my best to not spoil anything but only provide hints. I want to start with the negative. Thus far, the only problem I have with this story is the MC is a bit too lax. The MC joins a new school who do some…questionable things for recruitment. After something quite traumatic, he is essentially perfectly okay with being someone’s experiment. I don’t have a problem with how it played out as it played out well, but I wish the MC was more hesitant, questioning, and that more inner monologue was shown after he was recruited to the school to show more depth to how he was feeling and justify a bit more why he agreed to do some of the things he did. Now for the positive, I love how the world is being built. We are 200 chapters in and the setting for the world has been established but there is still a huge amount of mystery surrounding everything. The school the MC is attending also actually has some depth to it and doesnt feel just randomly thrown together. As for the MC himself, he isnt necessarily a pushover but he won’t seek out trouble either. As stated before, he is a bit too “go with the flow” but he does have a bit of decisive ruthlessness in him. The side characters have some personality to them but they haven’t been explored in extreme depth as of yet. Finally, for those wondering about romance, there’s nothing yet. There are a couple of potential partners but nothing concrete. One of my own pet peeves is I despise when romance is forced into a story through some unfathomable coincidense and it just magically works out. So far, there’s signs there are going to be romance but it doesn’t appear as if it’s just going to be thrown into the story randomly, which is a huge plus point in my book. Overall, I highly recommend it. It’s been a fun story so far.
