4 stars because progress in Leo and Gil's relationship is so slow.I wish there was more trust between them.Gil is a Queen, I understand, but Leo shouldn't be chasing after her so much...Honestly, I'd like to know if Gil was really in love with Leo.And good luck with your story.

Dope. Magnificent. Wonderful. Amanzig. And im out of fancy english Worda:). Story is perfect. Main character is well written. World is great. Some people dont like system but i dont think its a problem. Mostly you forget about it existing. Its more like Deus ex Machina or plot armor for Leo or just a way to give him cool abilities.
Finally!! About time for a holy grail war. For the people who are new to this, read the prequel "Dead Man's Lament" if you haven't already. The quality of this work, and it's word count are just as high and lengthy as the prequel. Already read 16 chapters, and I am looking forward to more servant battles and the progressing of the relationships of the mc and the heroines. Also, Saber is now summoned.

I'm really liking this fic so far. I enjoy seeing him try to develop a relationship with Saber in a slow and careful manner (at least so far). But I still don't like that he simps for her(Does not affect the rating). I also like how your showing us the toll the last seven years have taken on him as well. It makes Leo feel more like a real person. Also great job sticking with it this far.
Sequel to another story so might wanna read that for more context. I'm super hyped seeing all developments and potential developments as of Episode 8 when I'm writing this. The quality hasn't disappointed 🧡and I'm up for continuing to follow our little lion's journey. Also, with the repeated mentions of a certain someone I'm wondering if they would show up eventually. I can almost imagine the chaos 🤣

this is a sequel of the first story "dead man's lament" so go read it if you want to read this one. only one chapter is out when I'm writing this, but if this is as good as the prequel then this review will be well deserved. (might drop another review when more chapters are released to be more constructive.)
