First of all, Boruto anime did not nerf anyone. Naruto and Sasuke nearly won all their battles in Boruto and lost to Ishiki bcz Ishiki is an elder of Kaguya and stronger than her. Besides Naruto and sasuke did not learn any new jutsu during timeskip, so their losing in Boruto does makes sense. Secondly, all new gen characters can use Karma seals which is Shinjutsu, hence Naruto and sasuke are weaker than them.
I Don't even know what to say... Is this even a story? I quit at ch-9, i have enough of this bulsheet. Have a good day.

The story and character development are quite good, it gives a nostalgic feeling like watching Shippuden. But where is Sumire? She doesn't have her memories altered by Eida and can play a big role in later arcs. The story moves a bit too fast and Miyuki's death is quite wasteful. You also haven't explained karma as clearly as the original.
