Synopsis
In the shadowy depths of an ancient forest in Heian Japan, a nameless European knight finds himself inexplicably transported from his homeland to a realm unknown, hundreds of kilometers away from the familiar landscapes of Europe. Lost and bewildered, he stands amidst the towering trees of a foreign land, his armor gleaming like a beacon in this distant time period.
As the knight grapples with the enigma of his sudden displacement, he soon discovers that this world is teeming with malevolent forces, demons, and spirits drawn from the rich tapestry of Japanese folklore. I stumbled upon this story as I was browsing. And I was surprised to see the quality of the work. The language is very poetic. Amazing. The writer took a lot of effort to carefully create the world, the character, and the fight scenes. It is a completely different setting - in ancient Japan. Usually we see Chinese background and setting or medieval Europe. I think this work will go a long way and entertain a lot of readers.
Story is good. No overpowered characters. Searched this yokai tag and got interested because of the title, gave it a chance to read and it was worth it.
I will always love this book no matter how long the author takes her time to write new chapters.

As I said earlier, this is one of the finest writings. The writing quality is very good and the flow is very natural, I appreciate the author for his explanation in the author's thoughts section about the terms used in the novel.
