April, 1st, 2022.
This was the day humanity was shook by them, the Xlorkans.
Their mission was clear, to create slaves and harvest our natural resources.
They succeeded, we couldn't defeat them even with the peak of our technology.
They were quick to start making technological advancements, but their greatest one yet is the rift tower.
Only people with special abilities known as the ‘Ascenders.’ Could survive the rift tower, the more floors one ascended the more powerful they became.
Only the strongest ascenders have a chance at freedom by joining the Xlorkan army.
Elvis Madu, a 21 year old man gets betrayed on entering his first rift.
