Time seemed to stop for us as we gazed deeply into each other's eyes. Tears welled up as memories of us growing up together, although by a strange twist of fate that both binds us, yet separates us 300 years apart.

Elizabeth is a girl growing up in a poor neighbourhood in the 1990s and Yongqi is the 5th Prince to the Qianlong Emperor of the Qing dynasty in the 1770s.

The pair met in a bizarre incident and they become unconventionally best friends.

As Elizabeth and Yongqi find love growing up, their biggest hurdle is time. They now fight against the limitations of time to be together. Except, it seems, fate has something else in stored for them.
