I dont get it why so many are rating this ff so high. This Story is more like a diary and not a novel.
I'm reading a diary, in the first chapter I thought it was bizarre and strange, I didn't like it, then I read the second and confirmed... I hate this type of story, I should put it in the title like a diary or in the synopsis
The mc TALKS TOO MUCH AND OVER SHARES. Also is VERY INCONSISTENT AT TIMEs, these factors annoy me greatly, however the story is actually pretty good though their is some slight Sokka bashing. It has a unique take on the avatar world, I'll recommend you try it, though their are some really annoying thing the mc does, if you can ignore those then you will likely enjoy this.
Really bad writing style in the beginning with a very generic origin. which is confusing since this author spoke about wanting to write this fanfic for a while but obviously didn't spend an ounce of creativity for the start of his fanfic. putting aside the fact that avatar is the weakest world to be a villian in, the MC just comes off as weak, of the mind. like he feels like a victim who deserves acknowledgement but is too edgy to say it out loud. kinda like sasuke but gay. Honestly nothing deserving of appreciation except for the attempt. at least not yet.
this guy know how to wirte a novel 10/10 dont skip this one guys just read a few chapters and tell me this is not your new number one

I’ll say right away that I liked this novel. The sequence of the plot is very well written in it and at first glance, without much thought, you will not find holes in it. The main character has not yet been fully revealed, but this is understandable, because there are only 14 chapters at the moment and this is also due to the fact that there are no significant interactions between the main character and other characters, but I think the main character will be revealed further, given how experienced the author is. The main idea is that the main character can learn to bend other elements, and how you will find out after reading the novel. Overall, a very good fanfic is two to three times better than the cliché stories that appear here every week. Although the idea is not new, it all depends on how it is presented.

[SPOILERS BELOW] I reached chapter 14 before dropping. This is genuinely just so poorly written. The firebending was forced as is, with the reasoning that he had no water to bend—even though we know he can grab water from the condensation in the air—now the author suddenly remembers and he goes right back to water bending. Not to mention power levels are literally just the author’s whim at this point. Bro is a master bloodbender who can manipulate 4 humans at a time without a full moon yet he constantly loses fights against mobs. It’d make sense if it was at least powerful benders, chi blockers, or martial artist but it’s not.. I love a good weak to strong story, but this obviously isn’t one of those. From the very beginning we get a whole monologue from the mc himself about how powerful he is. We get scenes of him knocking someone out with a THOUGHT using his blood bending. Then he gets knocked out by a group of kyoshi warriors with the excuse that “they snuck up behind him”. Also no, it cannot be reasoned that he did not want to hurt them, as I said before, he knocked out a guard with a thought to not harm the family man with 3 kids and a wife at home.

Short review: It's good. Things that might bother you: 1] The first 5 chapters are the mc telling a guard his life's story up to the present time. Some readers seem to be bothered by it, but it just skips the same old boring reincarnation, past life identity, and baby phase and starts the story at a more interesting point. 2] The grammar might feel iffy since it is a translation, but nothing that would take me out of the story.
Just wanna ask, would this FF last? Or just another whim of a playful mind, Let's find out.

This fic is okay, but pretty average. It's well written but doesn't really grab you, and can get a bit boring at times. The info dumps are annoying and mess with the vibe. It's better than most stuff on webnovel but still missing something cool.
For everyone disliking it because it seems almost like a diary or journal, it's just the authors way to skip a few years as quickly as possible while still telling us some important information for the future. If the story started at the beginning when the storytime(diary) started then it would take 20-25 chapters to get where we are currently in the timeline. I wouldnt be surprised if it took longer. It was basically a training montage, we get to see his psychosis and we get to see his trauma. We didnt need to go into too much depth for it
