Synopsis
In love, is it only a man who can chase his woman and not vice versa? What if the woman takes the first step to chase her man? Will she get him or will she end up becoming a joke for other people?
Sara, a single mother of her seven-year-old daughter and a successful businesswoman. Everything was going well until she met him again, her ex-husband, Michael.
In their past, they both decided to go in their separate ways, while Michael still didn't know about his daughter.
Since Sara's heart still beats for him, she didn't want to let go of him once again, and she finally decided to chase him as he did in the past.
The problem started when her unknown past knocked on the door of her present again. But instead of running away, this time, she decided to stand against it.

"If I had a chance to go back in time, I don't want to," she smirked evilly, putting her arms around his neck." Then, I would never get the chance to chase you," she whispered in his ears, sending shivers down his spine.
But it didn't take much time for him to retreat. "But are you sure you're going to win not lose miserably?" he smugged, pushing her away from him, and turned around to leave.
"I will not lose, because if you can fall for me once then you can fall for me again, and you will," Sara challenged the leaving silhouette of the man.
She knew she was playing with fire, but retracting back and missing the chance was not her way.

This book is really amazing. I really love strong type of FL. I wonder if you'll write a separate book for other characters especially for Mike and Anna.
I'm both intrigued and amazed on how the author described the character of the story. wheater it's suzan or sara, she surely a strong character to be emphasized. and the most exicting and made me chill was when the time she has to meet her ex husband but has to endure things occur. It is really good story to read, it makes ur heart warm. I highly recommend this work
Nice story...... I didn't expect to see the prequel. I was sad with the abrupt ending of the first book. Can't wait to read more. Waiting to see the buckets btw Sara and Michael.

But before going to read that, I want to review this novel. The characters are well built and the writing style is so good. The development between the MC's are good. Let me start off by saying that I love the pacing the story is going at along with the build up after the first chapter, and I love that that goal is even stated in the title as well as the small details with each character really bringing them to life and the believable dialogue just shakes me up to my core, this is something that i even recommended to my Gf and she even liked to so i do recommend you give this a try.
Kinda gives the feeling of bittersweet love it's just perfect. A nice book to stop by and read. I don't know much but chapter one seems great. Gonna add this book to my lib Good luck author [img=recommend]

well it is the sequel of' the wife of underworld lord is CEO ' web novel that novel was great ,lots of fluffy moments ,turns and twists but at the end it become painful at least for me . So far this novel is giving me feeling of reality .Many will scold FL and many will ML but for me both of them are in same boat . They wanted to save each other but by their own . Actually their act is just like reality . Micheal is not like other ml and so goes to FL . but for me this novel is one of the most painful novel ,and literally I am begging to author ,please make them happy . everyone please give it a chance ,you won't regret it
